This small subdivision on the back side of Brian Head peak offers owners a cool mountain retreat at approx 10,000 feet in elevation. There is a private fishing pond and stream for homeowners only. The subdivision has power and water is hauled in by owners. Great area for a cabin or trailer. Access in the winter is by snowmobile only. Meadow Lake Estates is within walking distance from Cedar Breaks National Monument.
Prices are reasonable here and the area offers some great scenery and wildlife watching.
The pine beetle decimated a number of the trees here many years ago but the smaller spruce trees have grown into their own and the vegatation is coming back. The pine beetle came through the area years ago and killed a certain age and species of spruce trees.
