Brian Head Ski Resort was purchased and came under new ownership in 2013. The new owners of Brian Head Ski Resort have made substantial improvements to the lodges, and the overall experience at the resort. There are two tubing hills, night skiing at both lodges, a jump bag, and the town is putting in a pond that will be stocked with fish and offer kayaking in the summer. Brian Head has been rated in the top ten locations in the world by numerous mountain biking publications for its terrain and trails for riding in the summer. Being just minutes from Cedar Breaks monument, Brian Head is also centrally located to some incredible cross country skiing. The town came about in 1964 and still has that old time ski resort charm that is warm and inviting to families and travelers. With lots of condos and cabins the area is a real estate magnet for those looking to escape the heat and crowds in nearby metropolitan areas. Brian Head offers ski/bike shops, general stores, The Double Tree and Cedar Breaks Lodges which both offer restaurants and bars, other local restaurants, year around activities, a local bus system in the winter time to help you get around, and many more ameneties. We are all excited for the future of the town and the resort and would like to welcome you to enjoy this wonderful place. Brian Head's economy is starting to grow with new growth in the works.
